ndp preview!

Went to watch the ndp preview with my family last saturday. Come to think of it, it's my first ever ndp, only after 20 years! I remember during primary school, there's supposed to be an excursion to watch the ndp. Haha, but my mom was afraid i would wind up getting lost so i didnt manage to go afterall. I even remember that my primary school chinese teacher wanted us to write a composition regarding the ndp trip. Obviously, i have no idea of whats going on. So i just got my friend to relate, and with a tad of imagination, i managed to cook up some cock composition. Haha, and i think ive done pretty well! Muahaha, i'm talented at crapping! And that makes me wonder what had happened to all my crapping skills when i needed them during all those shitty GP exams. -_-

Oh well, back to the ndp preview. As enthu singaporeans, all of us wore red! Haha, i wore my ah-lian no fear bright red tee-shirt. And that makes me feel young! (cheap thrill, muahaha)

Cos of my xiao yi's position in the company, we managed to get seats in the grandstand. That makes us VIP! (another cheap thrill, whahahha!) It's really good cos we right smack in the middle, with a good view of everything!

Oh! The goodie bag is something really worth mentioning. Alright, I'm not being super aunty, but the stuffs are really good goodies! There's this 50% discount night safari coupon which makes me really excited. Haha, im going to date yujia there, and im sure she's excited too! (cos of the 50% discount, heh)

Most people were seated early, so the hosts were trying to warm the audience up. I think they wanted us to like wave the little Singapore flag provided. Most of the people did as told, then i noticed from the corner of my eye, there's something brown being flung around. So i turned, and i saw my brother happily swinging the bread (free!) to and fro, with that cheeky smelly shit look. -_- He finally decided to stop doing that when he realised that the ndp preview is being screened on national tv. haha, can you imagine, his smelly shit face with that brown bread swinging to and fro on tv.

Alright, enough of my smelly shit brother (and his brown bread). The thing i like about the performance is the live orchestra! Now good music, good sound projection is important so as to stir the feelings of the audience. And thats exactly what the orchestra did. Even my papa thinks so. So i really enjoyed the community singing part. And everyone is singing so loudly that even though you hit all the wrong notes, nobody cares! (haha, im sure my brother hit all the wrong notes)

Oh and this time, the ndp team wanted to use the water to create great visual effects. So it's abit like the sentosa song and sea fountain thingy, except that it's much bigger and more majestic. It's really nice cos it has got that 3D feel. And i really think it's amazing for the floating stage to be able to carry so many people. Imagine the amount of calculations thats going on! Haha, if i'm the engineer doing the calculations, i will be damn pissed.

Finally, it's the fireworks display. One word to describe it. Magnificent. Oh well, my vocabulary is seriously limited so i cant really describe that pretty piece of art. Haha, and i'm lazy to continue writing. (zzz, still have to settle the bidding modules and everything. )

Final note! I'm so glad to watch the ndp preview. Whee!
